By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Direct DevHub is a software solutions platform that enables clients to connect directly with qualified developers for mobile apps, web platforms, cloud integrations, and more. Our mission is to remove unnecessary agency delays and overhead by providing transparent, developer-first service models.
Connecting clients directly with vetted software developers
Providing technical consultation for non-technical clients
Managing project workflows when required
Offering full-stack development, design, cloud, AI, and marketing services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing or using the platform, you warrant that you meet these requirements.
Provide accurate and complete project requirements and communication
Make timely payments as agreed in the service contract
Communicate any changes or feedback promptly
Agree to any specific project terms before work begins
Deliver high-quality work on time and within the agreed scope
Maintain communication throughout the development lifecycle
Respect client confidentiality and data privacy
Follow project-specific timelines and quality standards
All services are governed by a mutual agreement or contract between the Client and Direct DevHub. This includes:
Project scope and timeline
Budget and payment milestones
Ownership rights and NDA (if applicable)
Termination terms and deliverables
Contracts will be shared and signed digitally before the start of any project.
We offer transparent and fair pricing based on project complexity and developer involvement. Payments can be made in one of the following ways:
Fixed milestone-based
Hourly model (for ongoing work)
Subscription (for retainer-based clients)
All payments are processed securely through our designated payment channels. Late payments may result in delayed deliveries.
Refund policies are outlined within each project agreement. In general:
A partial refund may be granted if the project is canceled before development begins.
Once development has started, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on work completed.
Unless stated otherwise in the agreement:
Clients retain full ownership of all deliverables once full payment is made.
Developers may not reuse, resell, or claim ownership of client-specific work.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, technical, or personal information shared during the project.
By using Direct DevHub, you agree to:
Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
Not harass or threaten any other users
Not misuse the platform or tamper with its technical infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete client requirements, changes in scope, or third-party service disruptions.
We cannot guarantee project success without mutual collaboration and adherence to agreed responsibilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct DevHub shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity
Technical or platform-related disruptions beyond our control
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts.
